Firstly lets deal with my selection yesterday, Dreamcatching. Nobody could forsee he was going to whip round at the start like that. He lost 15 lengths and the race at the same time and despite fantastic efforts to get back into in to it, too much ground had been lost.

Please put him in your tracker, I am sure we will be coming back to Dreamcatching one day soon.

Kifinichen Bay at 2/1 BP is just about about a value bet, please dont take less than 6/4 about this son of Westerner who seems to be going through somewhat of a revival since rejoining Charlie Longsdon.

Simple fact is this, his highest winning handicap chase mark is 132 and that was acheived as short as a year ago at Fontwell.

After rejoining his current yard, he has won at Cartmel under Richard Johnson off 109, has been put up to 117 here for that win.

In form, will go on ground and track, about 15lb well in on best winning OR, whats not to like.

6/4 is about the right price in a race of this nature so 2/1 is happily and comfortably a 1pt win bet.
